Ali had a great idea. I vaguely remember talk of this idea back then. Black celebrities may have united to raise funds for something, but not a hotel. Unfortunately, most of them feels they've "made it" and are no longer part of African America. 

"When a trendy Starwood boutique hotel called Aloft opens in Harlem later this month, it will be the neighborhood's first major hotel since the famed Theresa closed in 1967."
